Note 1:
When registering as author, you are required to provide the paper ID you get from the CMT system. Each paper must be covered by a registration. Each registration only can cover one paper. If you have multiple papers, please register multiple times with different paper IDs.

Non-Members NZ$ 1,650.00(about US$1050.00) NZ$ 1,500.00(about US$955.00)

*Each full registration or Workshop registration includes one ticket for Conference Dinner.


Registration Policy

Each Regular/Short/Demo paper at the conference must be covered by at least one full registration (non-student registration), while each Workshop paper must be covered by at least one Workshop registration.
One registration covers only one Regular/Short/Demo/Workshop paper.


Payment Policy

All payments will be made by credit card (NZ$ (New Zealand Dollar) rate is used for all registrants).


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund requests received on or before November 1, 2024 will be fully refunded. Please contact Prof Hui Ma (hui.ma@vuw.ac.nz). After November 1, 2024, no refunds will be made.


Privacy Policy

The provided personal information will not be used except for this conference.


ACM/SIGMM Professional or Student Membership

ACM membership is required for Registration at the discounted Member Rate.


Invitation Letter

If you need an invitation letter for visa application, please contact ACMMultimediaAsia@auckland.ac.nz, with the following information:
1) your paper ID, paper title, and the list of authors, and
2) the confirmation of your registration.
3) Job title, organisation and address.
